From Ashraf Khan, a member of the International Rescue Committee's emergency staff in Pakistan. Three IRC emergency teams are conducting earthquake relief operations in Abbottabad, Manshera and Shangla Districts in the North-West Frontier Province and in and around Muzzafarabad in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
