From Drametu Jimmy, IRC's HIV/AIDS Program Officer in Karamoja, Uganda:

Karamojong cattle herders are always left behind in terms of accessing health services because of their mobility. IRC-trained health workers and IRC staff conduct home-to-home voluntary counselling and testing to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS in Karamoja.
