More than a thousand people are feared dead after a powerful earthquake struck off the coast of Indonesia Monday -- just three months after a devastating tsunami killed more than 750,000 people.

Bruce MacInnis, IRC’s director of tsunami response in Indonesia’s Aceh province, told “The World” host Marco Werman that, after being shaken awake by the tremor, he saw panic among the residents of Banda Aceh. "I can tell you that three months after the December 26 tsunami, people's emotions are pretty raw." He said, like many people, the possibility of another tsunami was the first thing on his mind.
