New IRC Ads
The IRC

Here's a look at the IRC's new ad campaign, debuting today -- World Refugee Day -- in New York and Chicago.

The ads will appear on subways, buses and cabs in the two cities for 6-8 weeks. With headlines like “If you thought escaping the rat race was hard, try escaping a war zone,” “What if you were catching this train to avoid being killed instead of to avoid being late,” and “For you it’s a logo, for refugees it’s a new life,” the ads capture the plight of the refugee and the core goal of the IRC -- helping refugees move from harm to home.

If you catch one of the ads, why not snap a photo and post it to our Flickr group? (Flickr even lets you map the location!)
