Not many popular and trend-setting magazines want to deal with touchy and sensitive subjects like gender based violence when they can focus on more fun and entertaining topics like celebrities or fashion “must-haves”…so we are just so excited and proud at the IRC that Jane Magazine and their editor-in-chief, Brandon Holley, has taken a powerful stand highlighting the IRC and our GBV program to their readership! Please read Brandon’s story about her trip with the IRC to Liberia and hear from the women she spoke with who told her about their struggles but also about their new opportunities thanks to the IRC. It's in the March 2007 issue (on newsstands now) or download a PDF version here.
