Syamsul Raden lost his 125cc sidecar motorcycle in the tsunami and was unemployed for months until he heard of the IRC’s livelihood program, which provided him with the means to buy a new bike. “Driving the taxi is all I can do, I was devastated when I lost the motorcycle,” he says.
