Photo: Elsa Ruiz for the International Rescue Committee The International Rescue Committee honored former Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush last night for their efforts to assist victims of the December 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. The IRC also honored Hotel Rwanda writer and director Terry George and PepsiCo International chairman and CEO Michael D. White for he and his company's philanthropic efforts.
